Easy Chocolate Cake Recipe on World Baking Day

Ingredients:

• Flour: 1+2/3 cup
• Yoghurt: 3/4 cup
• Sugar:2/3 cup
• Butter:1/2 cup
• Cocoa Powder:1/4 cup
• Baking Soda:1/2 Tsp
• Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
• Milk: 4 Tsp

Method:

• Sift all the dry ingredients except sugar
• Take the butter and add sugar to it. Using a whisk mix it until it gets fluffy.
• Add milk (at room temperature) and mix it until it gets smooth
• Add all the dry ingredients and start mixing.
• Add yoghurt and mix it until batter is smooth.

Bake it at 180 degrees for 30min. You can decorate the cake with chocolate ganache. Your cake is ready.
