After the success of their first product: a patch that monitors blood glucose levels, called the M1 patch; Ultrahuman is expanding its horizons by launching a smart ring to equip fitness freaks with another wearable tool for monitoring their metabolism and more. Do note that there are very limited products in the market that monitor vitals like metabolism and blood glucose levels. Having your metabolism tracked by wearing only a sleek smart ring, what Ultrahuman is promising is close to revolutionary.

What the Smart ring tracks
The ‘silent and minimal’ wearable tracks biomarkers that help the user understand their body. Factors that affect metabolism like sleep (sleep quality and sleep zones), stress (HRV) and movement (activity distribution) are measured using the device. Users even ‘have the ability to do an on-demand body scan.’
The device also helps ‘find movement insights to help with the metabolism and longevity goals’. Based on the data from motion sensors and heart rate sensors one can ‘find out the lowest effort required to make the most gains’. All the tracking is synced seamlessly to a mobile app that analyzes the data and provides actionable insights.

Designed to give your attention back to you. Bulk of insights without the bulk of the form factor.
Built and variants
The ring is made of ‘fighter Jet grade Titanium with scratch resistant Tungsten Carbide’ coating for compatibility with weight lifting, Swimming, grappling and all general lifestyle activities. It is available in different ring sizes and 4 colours: Aster Black, Cyber Grey, Space Silver, and Bionic Gold in all standard sizes.
Recommended to use with Ultrahuman M1 band
This ring is said to best work in synergy with the M1 band. Glucose data from the band together with movement, sleep and body data from the Ultrahuman Ring can ‘derive deep correlations between what the users eats and how the users should act to keep their metabolic health in check in a pro-active manner.’
Is wearing the ring long-term damaging to the skin?
The device is suitable for long-term skin contact and seamless comfort. It is claimed to be the most comfortable wearable ever.
What colors does the ring come in?
The ring comes in 4 different colors: Aster Black, Cyber Grey, Space Silver, and Bionic Gold
Which devices is the Ultrahuman Ring compatible with?
Ultrahuman Ring is compatible with iPhones running iOS 14 or later and Android devices running Android 6 or later.
Can the ring scratch while working out or during any other activity?
Ultrahuman worries about making the ring as tough as possible, so that the users don’t have to. The ring is built with Fighter-Jet grade Titanium under an incredibly scratch resistant Tungsten Carbide coating, allowing it to easily endure everyday wear and tear.
Can I wear the ring underwater?
Yes, the ring is waterproof – perfect for washing your hands, showering, or even going for a swim (7 feet depth) for up to half an hour. However, it is not recommended to submerge the ring underwater for long periods of time.
How many days of memory does the ring have?
The ring has a built-in memory of 4-6 days which means that even if the user’s phone is not available, it can collect and store your biosignals for up to 6 days. Post this time without sync with the user’s smartphone, the data storage will happen as a First-In First-Out pattern, which means that the new days of data will overwrite the oldest ones.
What are the specific metrics that can be tracked using the ring?
Ultrahuman Ring will provide insights and empower the users with data points relating to their general health like Movement, Heart Rate, HRV, Body Temperature and Sleep. Each of these metrics and data points can also be integrated with the current ecosystem of products such as Ultrahuman M1.
