Why our Political parties Never Full Fill Manifesto??

I am talking about current politicians situation in Madhya pradesh.
During vidhansabha election 2018 in Madhya pradesh there are lot of promises given by India national Congress party in its manifesto.
After election how many promises got full fill.
In this video I am talking about rahul gandhi lie and some bad works done by Congress government itself.
Like 70 years before they didn’t stop in cheat.
So promises rest is promise.
They cheated on farmers and youth
Like berozgari bhatta and much more.
